Easily Disable Unnecessary Services In Windows

This is the next part of our guide concerning how to disable unnecessary services running within your Windows environment. If you did not read our first article, it largely discussed the various Windows process library files and discussed a little more about them. Although this tutorial is not the same thing, it concerns it, since it is also unnecessary processes running and using up your resources.

Occasionally, your computer efficiency might be loaded down and therefore cause your computer to run slow. We are now planning to discuss with you ways to easily disable these services which may be using up RAM and CPU without necessity.

Not only can these services be the reason for a computer running slow, they can also be a security risk. Essentially, these exploits or risks are files such as Malware, Trojans and key loggers hidden in your system. Remember not to download anything unless of course you’re certain of what it is.

If you would like disable unnecessary services the first step would be to head over to your Control Panel, once within it, click on Administrator tools and then click on Services. You should receive a dialog box with several services running. You want to understand which files you might be disabling.

* Right mouse click on the service you intend to modify.

* Next click on Properties.

* From here you can select Disable or Manual.

* Apply, then OK.

* Do this for each to disable unnecessary services.

Realize that Windows loads their system with much too many applications that just block up your system resources. Some of course are essential, however there are many that are just not necessary.

It is also known that when you install software programs or even if you view a video online, you could be unknowingly incorporating worthless services that just take your systems RAM and CPU. More often than not as well, once you have removed or uninstalled these applications, they still load up in your services and startup. It is quite annoying when you think of it.

We suggest that you check out one of the numerous websites on the internet which will clarify each of them for you, or do a Google search of the service you would like to disable.
